Tracy's journey is deeply personal and forms the foundation of Afri Gulf Recruitment's values. After leaving a successful career in finance in South Africa, she took a bold step of faith and relocated to the Gulf to work as a private tutor for an Emirati family. What began as a single opportunity quickly became a remarkable upward trajectory. Through dedication, trust, and excellence, Tracy progressed into roles as a personal assistant and later a private manager.
Along the way, she didn't just grow professionally — she opened doors for others. Using her influence and firsthand understanding of the recruitment process, Tracy actively facilitated opportunities for fellow South Africans to be recruited under her management, helping them transition successfully into life and work in the Gulf.
Having personally experienced the challenges, uncertainties, and hopes that come with being recruited abroad, Tracy built strong networks, trusted relationships, and a deep understanding of both African talent and Gulf employer expectations.
